  • Car

    If you are driving a car, start from the center of Hithadhoo. Head south on Majeedhee Magu towards the beach area. Continue on this road until you reach the traffic circle. Take the second exit to stay on the same road. After about 1 km, you will see a sign directing you to Hithadhoo Mangrove. Turn left onto the road leading to the mangrove area. Follow the signs, and you will find the entrance to Hithadhoo Mangrove on your right. There is no parking fee, but ensure to park safely.

  • Public Transportation

    For those using public transportation, you can take a local bus from the main bus station in Hithadhoo. Look for buses heading towards the southern part of the island. The fare is approximately 10 MVR (Maldivian Rufiyaa). Inform the driver that you want to go to Hithadhoo Mangrove. The bus will drop you off at the nearest stop, which is about 500 meters from the mangrove entrance. From there, it’s a short walk; just head south and follow the signs towards Hithadhoo Mangrove.
