Getting There

Walking
From the center of Hulhumalé, head towards the main road (Hulhumalé Hospital Road). Walk straight until you reach the junction with the bridge leading to Malé. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the traffic circle. At the traffic circle, take the second exit towards Boduthakurufaanu Magu. Continue walking straight for about 10-15 minutes, and you will see Republic Square on your left. Look for the large green space with a fountain and seating areas.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the main area of Hulhumalé and head towards the main road (Hulhumalé Hospital Road). Cycle towards the bridge leading to Malé. Cross the bridge and continue straight along the road until you reach the traffic circle. At the traffic circle, follow the signs to Boduthakurufaanu Magu and cycle straight for about 10-15 minutes. Republic Square will be on your left, recognized by its open green space and fountain.
