From Velana International Airport (MLE) on Hulhulé Island, take a speedboat directly to Thulusdhoo. Speedboats depart from the airport jetty and the ride takes approximately 30 minutes. A one-way ticket costs around $30 per person. Contact Akiri Surf Retreat in advance to arrange for the speedboat transfer.

To reach Akiri Surf Retreat via public ferry, first take the airport ferry to Malé. The airport ferry departs every 10-15 minutes and costs $1. From the MTCC Ferry Terminal in Malé, take the public ferry to Thulusdhoo. The Thulusdhoo ferry departs at 15:30 daily, except Fridays, and costs $3 per person. The journey takes approximately 90 minutes. From the Thulusdhoo ferry terminal, Akiri Surf Retreat is a short walk or bicycle ride away. Note: Ferry schedules can change, so confirm with your guesthouse.
