    Getting There

    Speedboat

    The most convenient way to reach Fulidhoo from Male International Airport (MLE) is by speedboat. Speedboats take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours and cost around $40 USD per person for a one-way ticket. Several companies operate speedboats, including Dream Speed and Goma. It's recommended to pre-book through your accommodation. Upon arrival at the airport, look for the airport information desk, where speedboat representatives can assist you. The speedboat will take you directly to Fulidhoo's pier.

    Public Transport

    A budget-friendly option is the public ferry from Male to Fulidhoo. The ferry takes approximately 3.5 hours and costs around $4 USD per person one way. Ferries depart from the Hulhumale Ferry Terminal in Male on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 10:00 AM. Tickets go on sale from 3 PM the day before departure. From Fulidhoo to Male, ferries depart on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays at 10:45 AM. Note that the ferry makes a stop at Maafushi Island. From the Male airport, you will need to take a taxi or bus to the Hulhumale Ferry Terminal. A taxi will cost approximately 100 MVR.
