Ferry
From Valletta, a frequent ferry service crosses the Grand Harbour to Cospicua. From the Valletta waterfront near Lascaris Wharf, the ferry takes approximately 15 minutes to reach Cospicua Dockyard Creek. From the dock in Cospicua, it's a 13-minute walk (1 km distance) to Fort St. Angelo. Cost: A single ferry ticket costs €2.00.
Public Transport
From Valletta, take bus number 2 or 4 towards Birgu. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Birgu Centre' bus stop, which is closest to the Fort. From there, it's a 10-minute walk (800 meters) down towards the Marina to reach Fort St. Angelo. Cost: A single bus ticket costs €3.
Walking
From the center of Birgu, walk towards the waterfront, passing St Lawrence Church. Continue along the marina, past the Maritime Museum, to the end of the peninsula where Fort St. Angelo is located. Cost: Free
