Walking
From the center of Birgu, head towards the main square, known as Piazza San Ġorġ. Once you reach the square, take the road leading to the left, which is Triq Sant' Anna. Continue straight for about 200 meters until you reach the waterfront area. Here, you will see the stunning views of the Grand Harbour. Follow the waterfront promenade, known as Triq Il-Wiesg, continuing along the water for approximately 500 meters. Keep to the right, and you will come to a set of steps leading up to the upper area of Valletta. Ascend these steps, and you will find yourself on the main road leading into Valletta. Follow the signs towards Merchants Street. Once you reach Merchants Street, Palazzo Parisio will be on your left after about a 5-minute walk.
