Bus
From Bugibba, head to the nearest bus stop located on Triq San Pawl. You will need to take Bus 41 or 42 towards Valletta. The bus will take you through various towns. Remain on the bus until you reach the stop for Mdina, which is well-marked. The journey will take around 30-40 minutes. Once you disembark at the Mdina bus station, proceed on foot towards the main entrance of Mdina, the 'Mdina Gate'.
Walking
After entering Mdina through the Mdina Gate, continue straight along the main street, which is called Villegaignon Street. As you walk, enjoy the beautiful architecture and atmosphere of the ancient city. Keep walking straight until you reach the end of the street, which will lead you to Triq Il Villegaignon. The Carmelite Priory will be located on your right at VCP3+P5H, just a short 5-minute walk from the gate.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can find a taxi stand near the Bugibba promenade. Inform the driver that you want to go to Carmelite Priory in Mdina. The taxi ride will take approximately 20 minutes, depending on traffic, and will drop you off near the Mdina Gate. From there, walk towards the main street and follow the same route as described in the walking option to reach the Carmelite Priory.
