The cart ruts, some up to 60 cm deep and spaced 110 to 140 cm apart, create an illusion of a vast railway switching yard.Several theories attempt to explain the ruts' origins. One suggests they were part of an irrigation system, while others propose they were used for transporting goods via sledges or carts.
