Salina Nature Reserve is accessible via several bus routes. From Valletta or Sliema, take bus routes 49, 212, 222, 225, N11, N212, X1, or X1B to the 'Għasfur' or 'Salini' bus stops. From the bus stop, it is a short walk to the reserve entrance. A single bus fare costs approximately €2.00.

If driving, Salina Nature Reserve is located on the Coast Road in Naxxar. Ample parking is available near the reserve. From St. Paul's Bay, follow the Coast Road towards Salina Bay; the reserve will be on your left. Parking is free. Note that parking may be limited during peak season.
