    From the Birgu city center, Notre Dame Gate is approximately 0.6 miles (1 km) away. Head southeast on Triq San Lawrenz towards the Birgu Waterfront. Continue onto Triq il-Mina l-Kbira, then turn left onto Triq il-Kottonera. Continue straight; the gate will be on your right.

    Public Transport

    From Valletta, take bus number 1, 2, 3, 4, 124, or 213. Get off at the 'Birgu' stop. From there, walk straight along Triq Il-Kottonera for about 5-10 minutes. The Notre Dame Gate will be on your left. A single journey bus ticket costs €2.50 during the summer.
