The road to Gnejna Bay is Triq il-Gnejna, a steep, winding road leading down into Gnejna Valley. There is a parking area near the beach. Parking is free, but a parking attendant may expect a small tip. Be aware that parking can be limited, especially during peak season.

    From Valletta, take bus 44 to Mġarr. From Mġarr, transfer to bus 101 (summer only) to Gnejna Bay. Alternatively, buses 223 and 225 will take you close to Gnejna Bay. From the bus stop, there is a walk of approximately 25 minutes to the beach. A single bus ticket costs €2.50.
