Getting There

Car
If you are driving from the center of Gozo Citadel, head south on Triq il-Kastell towards Triq San Gorg. After about 400 meters, turn right onto Triq il-Belt Valletta. Continue straight for about 3 km until you reach the ferry terminal at Mgarr. Take the ferry to Cirkewwa (approximately 25 minutes). Once in Cirkewwa, follow the signs to Valletta. After about 16 km, you will arrive at Valletta. As you enter Valletta, follow the signs for St. Elmo Bridge. The bridge will be on your right after passing the Valletta Waterfront. Look for parking nearby, as the area can be busy.

Public Transportation
To get to St. Elmo Bridge using public transportation from Gozo Citadel, first, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located at the Citadel entrance. Take the bus number 301 to Mgarr Ferry Terminal. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. At Mgarr, take the ferry to Cirkewwa, which takes about 25 minutes. Upon arriving at Cirkewwa, catch bus number 133 towards Valletta. This bus will take you directly to Valletta in about 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Valletta, you can walk to St. Elmo Bridge, which should take around 10 minutes. Follow the signs towards the waterfront, and you will see the bridge on your right.
