From Gozo Citadel, start by heading southwest on Triq Sant' Anton towards Triq il-Knisja. Continue on this road which will take you directly to the main road, Triq il-Wilga. Follow the signs for Gharb and continue straight. After approximately 10 minutes, you will see signs for Bażilika Tal-Madonna Ta' Pinu. Turn left onto Ta' Pinu Road, and the Basilica will be on your left. There is a parking lot available near the entrance.

From Gozo Citadel, walk to the nearest bus stop located outside the Citadel. Board the bus heading towards Gharb (Bus Route 302). The bus ride will take about 20 minutes. Upon arrival at the Gharb bus terminus, you can either walk (approximately 15 minutes) to Bażilika Tal-Madonna Ta' Pinu by heading southwest on Triq il-Wilga and then turning left onto Ta' Pinu Road, or you can take a local taxi from the bus terminus, which should cost around €5-€10.
