Walking
From the center of Xewkija, head south on Triq il-Knisja towards Triq il-Linja. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Triq San Bartolomew. Turn left onto Triq San Bartolomew and follow it until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq il-L-Għajn. Follow this road as it curves, and after about 800 meters, you will see a sign for 'Għasri' on your left. Continue walking straight, following the signs for Għasri. Once you reach Għasri, look for a pathway leading uphill towards La Vecce Hill. Follow this path to reach the summit, where you can enjoy the panoramic views.
Public Transport
From Xewkija, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Triq il-Knisja. Take the bus number 41 or 42 towards Għasri. The bus ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Għasri' stop. From there, walk up the hill following the signs towards La Vecce Hill. It's about a 15-minute walk uphill from the bus stop to reach the top.
