    From Gzira, head to the nearest bus stop which is located on Triq Gzira. Take bus number 41 or 42 towards Valletta. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the ‘Valletta’ bus terminal. Once there, change to bus number 51, 52, or 53 and board the bus heading towards 'Mdina'. This will take another 30 minutes. Get off at the ‘Mdina’ stop. From the bus stop, walk straight ahead and follow the signs to Mdina. You will see 'Pjazza Mesquita' shortly after entering the city.

    If you prefer to walk, start at the Gzira waterfront along Triq ix-Xatt. Walk towards Sliema and follow the signs to the ferry terminal. Take the ferry to Valletta (approximately 10 minutes). Once you arrive in Valletta, walk to the bus terminal and take bus number 51, 52, or 53 to Mdina. After that, follow the same directions as above to reach 'Pjazza Mesquita'.
