Getting There

  • Walking

    From the Gzira waterfront, start by heading east towards the promenade. Walk along the promenade until you reach the end of it. Continue straight until you reach the main road (Triq it-Torri). Cross the road at the pedestrian crossing. Turn left onto Triq it-Torri and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Triq San Albert. Here, turn right onto Triq San Albert. Follow this road until you reach the bus stop. From there, take a bus heading towards Valletta. After about 15 minutes, get off at the bus stop closest to the Grand Harbour. From the bus stop, head towards the waterfront and walk along the edge of the harbor until you see the Dom Mintoff Monument situated in a small park area.

    Start at the Gzira bus terminal. Board Bus number 13 or 14, which will take you towards Valletta. The journey should take about 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive in Valletta, disembark at the Valletta Terminus. From there, you will need to walk towards the Dom Mintoff Monument. Head towards the Grand Harbour, and then follow the signs or ask locals for directions to the monument which is located near the waterfront in a small park area.
