Eventually, you will reach an intersection that leads to a bus stop. From here, you can take a bus to Valletta (routes 12, 13, 14, or 16). Get off at the Valletta bus terminus. Once you arrive at the terminus, exit the bus station and head towards Merchants Street, which is a short walk from the bus terminus. Palazzo Parisio is located on Merchants Street, and you should be able to see signs directing you to the entrance.
