Getting There

  • Walking

    Start your journey at the Gzira waterfront. Head southwest along the promenade towards Sliema until you reach the end of the waterfront. Once you reach the end, turn right onto Triq ix-Xatt and continue walking straight. After about 15 minutes, you will reach the bridge connecting Gzira to Valletta. Cross the bridge and continue straight towards the entrance of Valletta.

    Once you enter Valletta, walk straight along Triq il-Merkanti. After a short distance, turn left onto Triq San Klement. Continue walking until you reach the end of the street, where you will see the entrance to the Upper Barracca Gardens. From there, exit the gardens and head down the steps to the lower street level.
