    If you are traveling by car, head towards the Gżira area. From the Harbour Area, follow the signs for Triq Sant' Elena and then turn left onto Triq il-Moll. Continue straight until you reach the end, where you will turn right onto Triq il-Lazzaretto. Follow this road until you see signs for Fort Manoel on Manoel Island. There is parking available near the fort, but be aware that parking spaces can be limited during peak tourist hours.

  • Public Transportation (Bus)

    For public transportation, you can take bus routes 12, 13, or 14 from the nearest bus stop in the Harbour Area. Board the bus and ask the driver to let you off at the stop for Gżira. Once you disembark, walk towards the waterfront and continue along the promenade until you reach the entrance to Manoel Island. The walk from the bus stop is approximately 15 minutes.

    If you prefer to walk, start from the central area of the Harbour Area. Head towards the waterfront and follow the promenade along the coast towards Gżira. This scenic walk will take you approximately 30 minutes, and you'll enjoy views of the harbor along the way. When you reach the end of the promenade, you’ll see the bridge leading to Manoel Island. Cross the bridge, and you will find Fort Manoel ahead.

Simply request a taxi from your location in the Harbour Area and provide the driver with the destination: Fort Manoel, WG34+732, Manoel Island, Gżira.
