From the Harbour Area, head towards Triq il-Luzzu and continue onto Triq il-Gardjola. Merge onto the main road, Triq Sant' Anton, and follow the signs for Mgarr. Take the ferry from Mgarr to Gozo. Once you arrive in Gozo, follow the signs towards Nadur. Continue on the main road and then take the turn-off for San Blas Beach, which will lead you to the beach parking area. Note that there may be a small fee for parking.
