From Hondoq Bay, head northwest on Triq il-Hondoq towards Triq tal-Hondoq. Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Triq il-Gharb. Follow this road for around 2 km. You will see signs directing you to Bażilika Tal-Madonna Ta' Pinu. Turn right onto Ta' Pinu Road, and the basilica will be directly ahead. Parking is available near the basilica. Note that parking may incur a small fee depending on the time of year.

From Hondoq Bay, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Triq il-Hondoq. Take bus number 301 towards Victoria. After approximately 15 minutes, disembark at the Gharb stop. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk to Bażilika Tal-Madonna Ta' Pinu. Head south on Triq il-Lunzjata, then turn left onto Ta' Pinu Road. The basilica will be visible ahead. Bus fare is approximately €1.50.
