Walk to the Valletta City Gate (the main entrance to the city) and take bus number 51 towards Mdina. Ride this bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the 'Mdina' stop. Once you disembark, walk straight along the main road until you reach the Mdina Gate. Enter through the gate, and continue straight on Villegaignon Street. Palazzo Falson will be on your left-hand side.
