From the Marsamxett Harbour, head east along the waterfront promenade. Continue straight until you reach the main road, Triq San Ġużepp. Turn left and walk along this road. Keep an eye out for a sign directing you towards Valletta. Follow the signs and you will reach Victoria Gate in approximately 15-20 minutes.
Bus
Catch a bus from the Marsamxett Harbour bus stop. Look for routes 133, 134, or 135, which head towards Valletta. The bus fare is around €1.50 for a single journey. Once you arrive at the Valletta bus terminal, exit and walk towards the main entrance of Valletta, then follow the signs to Victoria Gate, which is a short 5-minute walk from the terminal.
Taxi or Rideshare
For a more direct route, consider taking a taxi or rideshare service from Marsamxett Harbour to Victoria Gate. Simply hail a taxi or use a rideshare app. The cost will vary depending on traffic but expect to pay around €10-€15. The drive typically takes about 10 minutes.
