    Getting There

    Walking

    From the center of Marsaskala, head north on Triq il-Lokk to reach the main road, Triq il-Qrendi. Continue walking straight until you reach the bus stop at 'Triq il-Qrendi - Bus Stop'. From there, catch bus number 81 or 84 towards Valletta. After about 20 minutes, disembark at the 'Valletta - City Gate' stop. Walk towards the ferry terminal and take the ferry to Sliema. Upon arrival at Sliema, follow the promenade north until you reach the Gżira area. Continue walking along the coast until you see the signs for Manoel Island. Fort Manoel will be on your left.

    From Marsaskala, walk to the nearest bus stop on Triq il-Lokk. Board the bus number 81 or 84 heading towards Valletta. After approximately 25 minutes, get off at 'Valletta - City Gate'. From there, walk to the ferry terminal located near the Upper Barracca Gardens. Take the ferry to Sliema, which takes about 10 minutes. Once you disembark in Sliema, follow the coastal promenade towards Gżira. Continue walking until you find signs indicating Manoel Island. Fort Manoel will be visible from the promenade.
