    From the center of Marsaskala, head north on Triq il-Kbira towards Triq il-Gardiel. Turn right onto Triq il-Gardiel and continue straight until you reach the bus stop at Marsaskala. From there, take bus number 81 or 82 towards Valletta. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Valletta, get off at the last stop. Walk straight along Republic Street, and you will find Knisja ta' Santa Barbara on your left, located at VGW6+R78.

    Start at the main square in Marsaskala. Take bus number 81 or 82 towards Valletta. After about 30 minutes, you will arrive at the Valletta bus terminus. Exit the bus and walk straight out of the bus terminus onto Republic Street. Continue walking along Republic Street for about 5 minutes, and Knisja ta' Santa Barbara will be on your left at VGW6+R78.
