Bus
From Marsaskala, walk to the nearest bus stop called 'Marsaskala - Gharix'. This should take about 5-10 minutes on foot. Once at the bus stop, take the bus number 81 heading towards Valletta. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Valletta bus terminus, which is the main bus station. From the bus terminus, walk towards the entrance of Valletta. Continue straight and you will find Pjazza Jean de Vallette right in front of you.

Walk
If you prefer to walk and are up for a longer journey, you can walk from Marsaskala to Valletta. Start from the center of Marsaskala, head towards the coast and follow the coastal road towards Birgu. Continue along the waterfront until you reach the ferry terminal. From there, you can take a ferry to Valletta, which will give you beautiful views of the Grand Harbour. Once you disembark the ferry, walk straight ahead into Valletta and Pjazza Jean de Vallette will be nearby.

While you are not travelling by car, you can use a taxi or a rideshare service such as Bolt to get to Valletta. Simply call for a taxi or use your app to book a ride from your location in Marsaskala. The ride will take approximately 20-25 minutes depending on traffic. Ask the driver to drop you off at Pjazza Jean de Vallette or simply at the main entrance to Valletta.
