From Marsaxlokk Fishing Village, head north on Triq il-Luzzu (the main road in Marsaxlokk) toward the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq il-Knisja, continue straight until you reach the junction with Triq il-Birgu. Turn left and follow this road as it leads you onto the Marsa-Żabbar Bypass (SS 1). Continue on the bypass until you reach the exit for Valletta. Follow signs for Valletta, which will take you through a tunnel, and once you exit the tunnel, follow the road uphill. Once in Valletta, look for parking options as close to Archbishop Street as possible.

From Marsaxlokk, head to the bus stop at Triq il-Luzzu, which is located near the village center. Catch the bus number 81 or 85, which will take you directly to Valletta.
