From Marsaxlokk Fishing Village, head northwest on Triq il-Luzzu towards Triq il-Qroll. Continue on Triq il-Qroll for about 1.5 km until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Triq il-Birgu. Follow this road for approximately 4 km, which will lead you into Valletta. Once in Valletta, follow the signs to Merchants Street. Palazzo Parisio is located at Merchants Street, Valletta, VLT 1171. There may be parking fees in the area, so be prepared for that.

From Marsaxlokk Fishing Village, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the village square. Take bus number 81 or 82 towards Valletta. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Valletta, disembark at the 'Valletta' bus terminus. From there, walk towards Merchants Street, which is about a 10-minute walk. Follow the signs, and you will find Palazzo Parisio at Merchants Street, Valletta, VLT 1171. A bus ticket costs approximately €1.50.
