From Marsaxlokk Fishing Village, head west on Triq il-Knisja towards Triq San Pawl. Continue on this road until you reach the main road (Triq il-Luzzu). Turn left onto Triq il-Luzzu and then merge onto the main road (Triq Sant' Andrija). Follow this road, which will take you directly towards Valletta. Once you reach Valletta, look for parking options; there are several car parks available. After parking, walk towards Republic Street, where you will find the Saint-John's Cathedral Museum located at VGX6+6W7, Republic St.
