If you're driving to St. George’s Square from the Northern Region, start by heading south on the main road towards Valletta. Follow the signs for Valletta and continue on the SS1 road. As you approach Valletta, look for signs directing you to the city center. You will need to park outside the city walls, as there is limited parking within Valletta. The nearest parking is at the Floriana Park and Ride, where you can park your car for approximately €1.50 for the day. From there, take the short walk to the entrance of Valletta, which will take around 10-15 minutes. Once inside, follow Republic Street until you reach St. George’s Square.

To reach St. George’s Square via public transport, take a bus from your location in the Northern Region to Valletta. You can catch bus routes 41, 42, or 43 which run frequently from various towns in the Northern Region. The bus fare is approximately €2.00 per trip, or €1.50 if you have a Tallinja card. Once you arrive at the Valletta bus terminal, exit the terminal and walk down to Republic Street. St. George’s Square is a short 5-10 minute walk from there.
