If you are starting from the Upper Barracca Gardens, exit the gardens and turn left onto the main road, Triq Sant' Ursula. Walk down this street until you reach the main thoroughfare, Republic Street. From here, turn right and continue walking straight. After a few minutes, you will see the majestic St. John’s Co-Cathedral on your left. Continue along Republic Street until you reach the intersection with Triq il-Lanca. At this intersection, turn left onto Triq il-Lanca and walk straight. Misrah San Gwann will be on your right, just a short walk from the intersection.

From the Valletta Waterfront, head up the steps leading to the main part of Valletta. At the top, turn left onto Triq Sant' Anna. Follow this street until it intersects with Republic Street. Turn right onto Republic Street and continue walking straight. You will pass by various shops and cafes. Look for the signs pointing towards St. John’s Co-Cathedral, and after a while, you will reach the intersection with Triq il-Lanca. Turn left and Misrah San Gwann will be on your right.
