Walking
From the Mdina Gate, head straight down Triq Sant' Orsla. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Triq Villegaignon. Turn left onto Triq Villegaignon and walk straight. You'll come across the bus terminus at the end of this road. Here, you can catch a bus to St Paul's Bay. The bus ride is approximately 30 minutes.
Walking
Alternatively, from the Mdina Gate, head towards the main square and exit out the back to Triq San Pawl. Walk straight until you reach the end of the road and turn right onto Triq il-Karwija. Follow this road as it curves downwards towards the coast. Eventually, you will arrive at St Paul's Bay. This walk may take around 40 minutes.

From Mdina, make your way to the nearest bus stop, which is located outside the Mdina Gate. Look for bus routes 41, 42, or 49 that head towards St Paul's Bay. The bus journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the bus stop in St Paul's Bay, walk towards the waterfront to reach Buġibba Perched Beach.
