Walking
From Mdina, start at the Mdina Gate (main entrance to the city). Exit Mdina through the gate and turn left onto Triq Il-Lunzjata. Continue walking straight, following the road as it curves. After about 10 minutes, you will arrive at the junction with Triq San Pawl. Turn right onto Triq San Pawl and walk for another 5 minutes. You will reach the bus stop called 'Rabat, San Pawl' where you can catch the bus to Rabat. Board the bus and travel for about 10 minutes until you reach the stop 'Rabat, Tal-Virtù'. Disembark and continue walking straight on Triq Tal-Virtù. After approximately 15 minutes of walking, you will see signs directing you to Chadwick Lakes. Follow the signs until you reach the lakes.
Public Transport (Bus)
From Mdina, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Mdina, Main Gate'. Board the bus towards Rabat. The journey will take about 5 minutes. Once you arrive at 'Rabat, Main Square', transfer to the bus heading towards 'Rabat, Tal-Virtù'. This bus ride will take around 10 minutes. Get off at 'Rabat, Tal-Virtù' stop. From here, continue on foot along Triq Tal-Virtù for about 15 minutes, following the signs to Chadwick Lakes.
