Walking
From the center of Mdina, start at the main entrance of the Mdina Gate. Walk straight along the Triq il-Merkanti. Continue walking until you reach the end of the street, where you will see the impressive St. Paul's Cathedral on your left. Keep walking straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq San Pawl. Follow this road, which will eventually curve left and become Triq il-Gvern. Continue straight along this road for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs for Għar Lapsi. Follow these signs, and after about 20 minutes of walking, you will arrive at Għar Lapsi, a stunning bay known for its crystal-clear waters.
Public Transport
From Mdina, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the Mdina Gate. Catch bus number 201 towards 'Marsaxlokk.' After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the 'Mosta' bus stop. Once you disembark, transfer to bus number 202 towards 'Għar Lapsi.' The bus ride will take around 10-15 minutes. Get off at the 'Għar Lapsi' stop, which is located close to the bay. From there, walk down the small path leading to the water to reach the beautiful bay area.
