If you are at the Mdina Main Gate, exit through the gate and turn left onto the main road, which is Triq Villegaignon. Continue walking straight for about 200 meters until you reach the end of the street. Turn right onto Mdina Road (Triq Mdina). Palazz Vilhena will be on your left after approximately 300 meters, marked by the address VCM3+WHC.

If you are at St. Paul's Cathedral, exit the cathedral and head towards the main square (Pjazza San Publiju). From the square, head straight onto Triq San Pawl. Continue straight for about 250 meters, then turn left onto Mdina Road. Palazz Vilhena will be on your right after about 100 meters.
