You will see a small archway leading into Rabat. Pass through this archway into Rabat. Continue straight on Triq Sant'Agatha until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Triq Pjazza San Publiju. Walk along this road until you see the Statua Madonna dei miracoli, which will be on your right side near the College area.
