Walking
From the main entrance of Mdina, walk towards the Mdina Ditch, which is visible from the main gate. Head to the left along the perimeter of the old city walls. Continue walking along the pathway that runs parallel to the walls. You will see the Medina Ramparts straight ahead. Follow the signs that point towards the ramparts, which are well-marked.
