From Mellieha Bay, head southeast on Triq Il-Marfa towards the main road (Triq Il-Labour). Turn right onto the main road (SS1) and continue driving for approximately 14 kilometers. Follow the signs for Valletta, and as you enter the city, take the exit towards Floriana. Continue straight, and you will arrive at St. Elmo Bridge, which is located at WG3C+4CV, Valletta.
