If you are driving from Mellieha Bay, head north on Triq il-Bajja towards Triq il-Luzzu. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Triq il-Kullegg. After approximately 3 minutes, turn left onto a small road that leads up the hill. Follow this road until you see a parking area at the end. The Rock Cut Observation Post is a short walk from here.
