Getting There

Walking
From the center of Mellieha, make your way to the Mellieha Bay area by heading southwest on Triq il-Kappillan Magri. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq il-Bajja and follow the road until you reach Mellieha Bay. Once you reach the beach area, you will see signs directing you towards Marfa Jetty. Walk along the beach promenade towards the northwest, keeping the water on your right, until you reach the end of the beach. The Marfa Jetty is located at the end of the promenade, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding area.

Bus
From Mellieha, head to the nearest bus stop, which is located near the Mellieha parish church. Take the bus number 41 or 42 towards Cirkewwa. The journey will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the Cirkewwa bus terminal. From there, follow the signs to the ferry terminal and walk along the path that leads to Marfa Jetty. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the bus terminal to the jetty.

If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bicycle in Mellieha. Head towards the coastal road, Triq il-Bajja. Follow the road along the coast, which offers beautiful views of the bay. Keep cycling until you reach the sign for Marfa Jetty, which is approximately 3 kilometers from the center of Mellieha. Make sure to park your bicycle securely once you arrive at the jetty.
