From Mellieha, start by heading to the nearest bus stop on the main road. Take the bus towards Nadur. The bus ride should take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Nadur bus terminal, exit the bus and head down Triq il-L-Iljun. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq San Blas. Follow this road until you reach the sign for Tal-Mixta Cave, which will be on your right. The walk from the bus terminal to the cave should take about 15-20 minutes.

From Mellieha, walk to the nearest bus stop and take bus route 222 towards Nadur. It is important to check the schedule as buses may not run frequently. Once you arrive in Nadur, get off at the final stop. From there, follow the directions for walking: head down Triq il-L-Iljun, continue straight to the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq San Blas, and look for the sign for Tal-Mixta Cave on your right. The total travel time should be around 1 hour including waiting times.
