If you're starting from the Mellieha Bay area, head north along the main road (Triq il-Bajja) towards the town center. Once you reach the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq il-Knisja. Continue straight until you reach the church square. From there, the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Mellieħa will be visible on your right, just a short walk away up the hill on Triq l-Erwieħ.

Starting from the Mellieħa Parish Church, head northeast on Triq il-Knisja. Take the first left onto Triq l-Erwieħ. Follow this road uphill, and the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Mellieħa will be located at the end of this street. It's a steep walk, but there are signs directing you along the way.

If you're near the bus stop at Mellieħa Bay, you can catch bus number 41, 42, or 45 heading towards Valletta. Get off at the stop named 'Mellieħa Church.'
