    From the center of Mqabba, head north towards the main road (Triq il-Kbira). Follow this road until you reach the intersection with Triq il-Madonna tal-Ħniena. Turn left onto Triq il-Madonna tal-Ħniena and continue walking straight. You will pass through the village of Qrendi. Keep walking straight until you reach the next major intersection. Here, turn right onto Triq San Martin. Continue straight until you reach the bus stop on your left; this is the stop for the bus heading to Mdina. Take the bus towards Mdina and once you arrive, exit the bus and walk towards Bastion Square, which is located within the historic walls of Mdina.

    From the main bus terminus in Mqabba, catch the bus that goes directly to Mdina. The bus should be labeled with a destination to Mdina. Once you board the bus, enjoy the scenic ride which will take approximately 20-30 minutes. The bus will drop you off at the entrance of Mdina. From the bus stop, walk towards the main entrance of Mdina, and once inside, follow the signs to Bastion Square, which is a short walk from the entrance.
