Walking
From the center of Mqabba, head northwest towards Triq San Mikiel. Continue straight until you reach Triq il-Maddalena. Turn right onto Triq il-Maddalena and walk until you reach the bus stop at the end of the road. Take bus number 53 towards Valletta and get off at the stop named 'Mdina'. Once you get off the bus, walk through the main entrance of Mdina. Continue walking straight, following the signs to the 'Palazzo Santa Sofia'. It will be located on your left on Triq Santa Sofija.
Public Transport (Bus)
From Mqabba, head to the nearest bus stop, which is located at the end of Triq San Mikiel. Take bus number 53 towards Valletta. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Mdina' bus stop. Once you disembark, walk towards the main entrance of Mdina, which will lead you into the city. Continue straight ahead and look for Triq Santa Sofija, where Palazzo Santa Sofia is located on your left.
Walking
If you prefer to walk, from the center of Mqabba, head towards the main road, Triq il-Kbira. Walk north until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Triq San Anton. Follow this road for about 2 kilometers until you reach the Mdina entrance. Once inside Mdina, continue straight until you see Triq Santa Sofija on your left. Palazzo Santa Sofia will be on this street.
