Walking
If you are starting from the Upper Barracca Gardens, exit the gardens and head towards the main entrance. Once you are at the entrance, turn left and walk down the steps towards the Main Street (Republic Street). Continue straight on Republic Street for approximately 500 meters. You will pass by several shops and cafes. The Queen Victoria Statue will be on your right, situated in front of the National Library of Malta.

From the City Gate, walk through the entrance into Valletta. Keep walking straight along Republic Street. You will see the Parliament building on your left. Continue walking for about 300 meters, and you will reach the Queen Victoria Statue, which will be on your left before you reach the National Library.

If you are coming from the Valletta Waterfront, walk up towards the city via the steps or the lift. Upon reaching the top, turn right and walk towards the main entrance of Valletta. From there, proceed straight along Republic Street for about 600 meters. The Queen Victoria Statue will appear on your left, just before the National Library.

If you are near Fort St. Elmo, head south towards the main road. Turn left onto the main road and walk towards Republic Street. Once you reach the junction, turn right onto Republic Street. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer, and you will find the Queen Victoria Statue on your right, just before the National Library.
