Car
If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the Northern Region of Malta. Use your GPS or a map application and set your destination to 'W93H+CGF, Rabat'. As you drive, follow the main roads through the region. You will likely use the main arterial road, the SP 1, which connects various towns. Once you reach Rabat, look for signs directing you to the Victoria Lines. There is a small parking area near the entrance, but it may have limited spaces. Parking fees may apply depending on the area.
Public Transportation
To reach Victoria Lines using public transportation, you can take a bus from various points in the Northern Region. Look for bus routes heading towards Rabat, such as routes 41, 42, or 43. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the 'Rabat' stop. From there, it is about a 15-20 minute walk to the Victoria Lines. Exit the bus and head towards Triq Sant' Agustin, then follow the signs leading towards the Victoria Lines. Be prepared for some uphill walking, as the lines are situated on elevated terrain.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity of Rabat and prefer to walk, you can head straight to the Victoria Lines from the town center. Start at the main square and head towards the entrance of the Victoria Lines, which is about a 30-minute walk from the center. The path may be steep in certain sections, so wear comfortable shoes. Enjoy the scenic views as you approach the historical site.
