    From Paola Square, head northeast on Triq il-Kbira towards Triq il-Lunzjata. Continue straight until you reach the end of the road, then turn left onto Triq il-Kbira. Follow this road as it curves into Triq San Gorg. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the entrance of Birgu. Once in Birgu, continue straight until you reach the waterfront area, where you will see signs directing you to Auberge d'Angleterre. It should take you approximately 25 minutes to walk from Paola Square to the Auberge.

    From Paola Square, you can catch bus number 81 or 82 heading towards Valletta. Once you reach the Valletta Bus Terminus, transfer to bus number 3 or 4, which will take you to Birgu. The total travel time, including waiting and transfer, should be around 40 minutes.
