From the center of Paola, head south on Triq il-Kbira. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq il-Mina. Follow this road, and you will see the Inquisitor's Palace on your left at Triq il-Mina, l-Kbira, Birgu BRG 1023.

From Paola, walk to the nearest bus stop at Triq il-Kbira. Take bus number 81 or 82 towards Valletta. Get off at the stop named 'Birgu' which is approximately a 15-minute ride. Once you get off, walk along Triq il-Mina for about 5 minutes, and you will find the Inquisitor's Palace on your left.
