Start at the Paola Square, which is a central point in Paola. From the square, head south on Triq il-Kbira. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Triq Sant' Antnin. Turn right onto Triq Sant' Antnin and walk until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq il-Makna. Keep walking straight, and soon you will see the entrance to the Cimiterju Santa Maria Addolorata on your left. Our Lady of Sorrows Chapel is located within the cemetery grounds, so you will need to enter through the gate and follow the signs to reach the chapel.

If you are near the Paola bus station, take bus number 81 or 82 towards Valletta. Get off at the stop named 'Cimiterju Santa Maria Addolorata'. From the bus stop, walk toward the main entrance of the cemetery. Once you enter the cemetery, look for signs directing you to Our Lady of Sorrows Chapel, which is situated inside the grounds.
