    From the central area of Qawra, head towards the coastline along Triq it-Turisti. Continue walking straight until you reach the promenade. Turn right onto the promenade and follow it along the coast until you reach the end, where you will see the ferry terminal for Gozo. At the terminal, you can catch a ferry to Għajnsielem, which is the closest point to Cominotto Reef. The ferry ride takes approximately 25 minutes.

  • Public Transport

    From Qawra, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Triq San Pawl. Take bus route 222 towards Mgarr. The bus should take approximately 30 minutes to reach the Mgarr terminal. Once you arrive at Mgarr, you can catch a ferry to Għajnsielem. The ferry will take about 25 minutes to reach the island, and from there, you will need to arrange a boat trip to Cominotto Reef.
